shipping informatIOn & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. Below you will find information on shipping and returns. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. 

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Shipping is available across North America and to Europe currently. Duties and taxes on outerwear purchases will be paid by the customer. Frees shipping above $50 only applies to customers within North America.

SHIPPING TIMES AND CARRIER INFORMATION

We ship within 1-3 business days of receipt of the order confirmation. All masks are shipped via Canada Post. We are experiencing carrier delays with Canada Post and orders can take 2-3 weeks to be delivered after the order is shipped from our warehouse. Outerwear is shipped via Fedex. If you have paid for tracking, you will receive a tracking number from a customer service representative for your order.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at customerservice@freedgroup.ca to obtain a prepaid shipping label. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS    

The following items cannot be returned:  

  •     Face Masks  
  •     Facial Coverings
