Order Processing

Our order processing time is 3 to 10 days from date of order placed.

Free Standard Shipping

Please allow 7-14 business days of your order

Pre-order items are currently in the production process. As part of early access, these styles may take up to 3 weeks to ship

Tracking

Email notification will be sent at the time of shipping from our warehouse with tracking number

 

Return/Refund Policy

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange, minus the cost of shipping. All sale items are final sale.

Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery date of online orders. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

We are unable to accept returns on accessories.

Return Process

For online returns please submit your return request through customerservice@freedgroup.ca and send the item back to us using the carrier of your choice. 

  • Return processing may take up to 7 business days after receipt
  • We are unable to process refunds or store credits until your item is received and has been inspected by us.
  • Duties, taxes, and VAT are not refunded on international returns.
  • The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense.
  • We recommend you keep a copy of your return tracking number to allow you to track and monitor your return. We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your chosen courier when being returned to us.  

Refund

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:  

  • All headwear
  • All Sale Items are final. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.
