SHIPPING & RETURNS
Fees
FREED shipping fees and duties will be applied to all orders at checkout.
If you wish to expedite your order, shipping fees will apply based on destination.
Order Processing
Our order processing time is 3-10 days from date of order placed.
Free Standard Shipping
- Please allow 7-14 business days for your order.
- Pre-order items are currently in the production process. As part of early access, these styles may take up to 3 weeks to ship.
Tracking
An email notification will be sent at the time of shipping from our warehouse with your tracking number.
Our Return Policy
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your outerwear purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange, minus the cost of shipping. All sale items are final sale.
Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery date of online orders. Once a return is approved, the item(s) must be received by us within 10 days of initiating the return process. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- All headwear.

All sale items. Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Return Process
- For online returns, please email your return request to customerservice@freedgroup.ca and send the item back to us using the carrier of your choice.
- The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense.
- Return processing may take up to 7 business days after receipt.
- We are unable to process refunds or store credits until your item is received and has been inspected by us.
- Duties, taxes, and VAT are not refunded on international returns.
- We recommend you keep a copy of your return tracking number to allow you to track and monitor your return. We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your chosen courier when being returned to us.
Refund
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
