SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping is available across North America and to Europe currently. Duties and taxes on outerwear purchases will be paid by the customer. Free shipping above $50 only applies to customers within North America.

 

SHIPPING TIMES AND CARRIER INFORMATION

We ship within 1-3 business days of receipt of the order confirmation. All masks are shipped via Canada Post. We are experiencing carrier delays with Canada Post and orders can take 2-3 weeks to be delivered after the order is shipped from our warehouse. Outerwear is shipped via Fedex. If you have paid for tracking, you will receive a tracking number from a customer service representative for your order.

 

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. 

Returns must be requested within 14 of original shipment date of online orders. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Items sold at 40% or more off the original list price are all final sale items. 

RETURN PROCESS

For online returns please submit your return request through customerservice@freedgroup.ca and send the item back to using the carrier of your choice. 

  • Return processing may take up to 6 business days of receiving to complete.
  • We are unable to process refunds or store credits until your item is received and has been inspected by us.
  • Duties, taxes, and VAT are not refunded on international returns.
  • The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense.
  • We recommend you keep a copy of your return tracking number to allow you to track and monitor your return. We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your chosen courier when being returned to us.  

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

EXCEPTIONS    

The following items cannot be returned:  

  •     Face Masks  
  •     Facial Coverings
