FREED provides free standard shipping on all orders across North America.

 

Shipping fees and duties will be applied for all other destinations orders.

 

If you wish to expedite your order shipping fees will apply based on destination.

Our order processing time is 1 to 10 days from date of order placed.

Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery of your order.

Email notification will be sent at the time of shipping from our warehouse with tracking number

Important Note – Potential Shipping Delays

 

Please note due to the global freight issues there may be further delays in shipping which may lead to extended delivery times. Your satisfaction remains our top priority, and we are doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding.

 

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. 

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery date of online orders. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Items sold at 40% or more off the original list price are all final sale items. 

RETURN PROCESS

For online returns please submit your return request through customerservice@freedgroup.ca and send the item back to using the carrier of your choice. 

  • Return processing may take up to 6 business days of receiving to complete.
  • We are unable to process refunds or store credits until your item is received and has been inspected by us.
  • Duties, taxes, and VAT are not refunded on international returns.
  • The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense.
  • We recommend you keep a copy of your return tracking number to allow you to track and monitor your return. We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your chosen courier when being returned to us.  

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

EXCEPTIONS    

The following items cannot be returned:

  •     Facial Coverings
